Black Peak is a new development of eight Scandinavian-style homes that blend harmoniously into the surrounding landscape and adapt to the terrain thanks to the architectural approach of the project team. The complex is located in a picturesque area of Andorra with mountain views and within walking distance of all amenities in La Masana and Ordino.

The Black Peak complex's distinctive black color comes from charred wood processed using the traditional Japanese technique of yakisugi, making it more durable and resilient. The slate roof covering the houses is inspired by Andean tradition, and stone walls retain the soil. The houses are divided into two floors: the ground floor houses living areas with access to terraces and gardens, while the second floor houses the living spaces. Each house includes two street-level parking spaces and a storage room.
