An authentic country house in Ransol, in the parish of Canillo. This traditional building, dating back to 1800, was originally used for storing livestock and hay. It was recently converted into a residential building in accordance with modern construction and environmental standards, providing the necessary comfort for mountain living in the Pyrenees. The house is located one minute from the Soldeu-El Tarter ski slopes, which connect to the largest ski area in the Pyrenees, Gran Valira.

Situated at the entrance to the Ransol Valley, it's an excellent spot for high-level cycling training and the starting point for hiking trails leading to the region's lakes and peaks. Its convenient location allows you to reach the French border in 15 minutes and the commercial center of Escaldes-Engordany and Andorra la Vella in 20 minutes.

The house is 300 square meters. The former cattle area now houses a two-car garage with a separate entrance accessible only to residents of the old town, an area for technical equipment, and a storage room with a former cow trough. On the level where the hay wagons once climbed, the original entry door leads into a large foyer with access to three bedrooms and one full bathroom; one of these rooms is converted into a gym.

On the top floor, there's a large attic room with views of the valley and mountains, combining kitchen/dining/living areas and a striking central fireplace.
