This apartment building is located on Antic Camí Ral Street, in a new development in Andorra la Vella, opposite the Comunal Stadium and Riu Valira Street, near the new bus station. The building has a single entrance from Antic Camí Ral Street. The area is surrounded by educational and cultural institutions, sports, social, and commercial facilities, in an urbanized area with high-rise and administrative buildings.

The construction ensures high energy efficiency, paying attention to ecology, quality, and indoor climate comfort. To reduce energy consumption, the façade, roof, and interior spaces are designed with maximum insulation. For sound insulation, the windows are triple-glazed with an air chamber, also improving thermal insulation. Motorized aluminum blinds with thermal insulation are installed in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen.

A distinctive feature is the use of a Feda district heating system, which distributes high-temperature hot water directly to the building.
