This multi-family residential development, architecturally uniform, is located on Antic Camí Ral Street, in a newly developing area of Andorra la Vella, opposite the Andorra la Vella Community Stadium and Riu Valira Street, near the new bus station. The building has a single entrance from Antic Camí Ral Street. The area is characterized by educational, cultural, sports, social, commercial, and other amenities, surrounded by apartment buildings and administrative buildings.

Construction will be focused on achieving high energy efficiency while adhering to environmental standards, ensuring quality and a comfortable indoor climate. To reduce energy consumption, façade, roof, and interior designs feature maximum insulation. To ensure acoustic and thermal comfort, the windows are equipped with triple-glazed units with an air chamber. Motorized, thermally insulated aluminum roller shutters have also been installed in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen.

An induction hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave, extractor hood, and stainless steel sink with faucet are included.

The residential units will feature underfloor heating with increased density in areas where heat loss is expected. Each apartment will have a thermostat in the living room. Air conditioning will also be pre-installed. Parking spaces are purchased separately.
