The apartment building is located on Antic Camí Ral Street in Andorra la Vella's new development zone, opposite the Andorra la Vella Community Stadium and the Riu Valira Street, and adjacent to the new bus station. The building has a single entrance from Antic Camí Ral Street. The area is rich in educational, cultural, sports, and social facilities, as well as shops and services, and is surrounded by urban high-rise and administrative buildings.

The construction of this apartment building will be focused on achieving high energy efficiency, while respecting the environment, quality, and indoor climate comfort. To reduce energy consumption, the facades, roof, and interiors were designed with maximum insulation. To ensure sound insulation against street noise, all windows will be triple-glazed and air-gap, which will also improve thermal insulation. Motorized, insulated blinds in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen will be installed.

One of the key features is the use of a new "district heating" system from Feda, which distributes high-temperature hot water directly to the building's entrance. The flooring will be Eureka AC6 laminate, 12 mm thick, with a white lacquered finish on the baseboard.

The walls and floors in both the master and secondary bathrooms will be tiled with Keraben porcelain tiles. Water- and energy-saving faucets will be installed. The sanitary ceramics will be Laufen "Pro" model, wall-hung (ref. 820965). All bathrooms will feature Syan shower trays, the size and color of which will vary depending on the bathroom. The bedrooms and hallways will feature built-in wardrobes made of lacquered white wood. All doors, both hinged and sliding, will also be lacquered white, with the exception of glass, which will have a translucent finish upon the owner's request.

The kitchens will be tiled in the same quality as the bathrooms, with white painted plastic walls. They will be furnished with modern high and low cabinets equipped with LED lighting for improved illumination of the work area. The front panels and countertops will be made of Dekton. The kitchens will include a cooktop, a pyrolytic oven, a microwave, a range hood, and a stainless steel sink with a mixer tap.

Each home is heated by underfloor heating, which will be denser in areas prone to heat loss. Each home is equipped with a thermostat in the living room. All apartments are pre-installed for rooftop air conditioning.
