This apartment building is located on Antic Camí Ral Street in the new development zone of Andorra la Vella, opposite the Comunal Stadium and the Camí de Riu Valira, and right next to the new bus station. The building has a single entrance from Antic Camí Ral Street. The area offers educational, cultural, sports, social, and commercial services in a built-up urban environment with apartment buildings and administrative offices.

The house's construction will be focused on achieving high energy efficiency, while respecting the environment, quality, and indoor climate comfort. To reduce energy consumption, the building will feature carefully designed facades, roofs, and interiors that maximize insulation.

To ensure soundproofing from street noise, all windows will be triple-glazed with air chambers, which will also improve thermal insulation. Motorized aluminum roller shutters with thermal insulation will be installed in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. Importantly, a new "district heating" system, provided by Feda, will be used, distributing high-temperature hot water directly to the building entrance.

The floors will be 12 mm thick AC6 laminate flooring from Eureka, framed by white lacquered skirting boards. The kitchens will be tiled to match the bathroom, and the walls will be coated with a double coat of white plastic paint. The kitchens will feature modern cabinetry, including upper cabinets with LED lighting and Dekton worktops. Kitchen amenities will include an induction hob, a pyrolytic oven, a microwave, a range hood, and a stainless steel sink with a single-lever mixer tap.

Heating equipment will include an underfloor heating system with higher density in areas where heat loss is expected. Each apartment will have a programmable thermostat in the living room. All apartments will be pre-installed for air conditioning.
