This apartment building is located on Antic Camí Ral Street in Andorra la Vella's new development zone. It is opposite the Andorra la Vella Community Center and the Riu Valira Campus, near the new bus station. The area offers educational, cultural, sports, and commercial facilities, as well as various services, surrounded by high-rise residential and office buildings.

Construction will be carried out with high energy efficiency in mind, while also respecting the environment, quality, and indoor climate comfort. Contemporary cabinetry will include wall cabinets with LED work surface lighting, and the countertops will be made of Dekton. The kitchens will be equipped with all necessary appliances, including an induction hob and microwave.
