This multi-family residential building is located on Carrer Antic Camí Ral, in a newly developed area of Andorra la Vella, opposite the municipal stadium and the River Valira, near the new bus station. The building has one entrance from Carrer Antic Camí Ral. The area where the building is located offers educational, cultural, sports, social, and commercial infrastructure within a built-up urban environment.

The building will be designed with energy efficiency, environmental protection, and indoor climate comfort in mind. To reduce energy consumption, insulation solutions have been developed for the facades, roof, and interior spaces, with maximum insulation for the building envelope. For improved sound and thermal insulation, the windows will be triple-glazed with an air gap. Motorized aluminum blinds with thermal insulation will be installed in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen.

Particular attention has been given to the new district heating system, provided by Feda, which delivers hot, high-temperature water directly to the building. The floors will be Eureka AC6 laminate, 12 mm thick, with white lacquered skirting. The bathrooms will be finished with Keraben porcelain stoneware. Water- and energy-saving faucets have been installed, and the Laufen Pro model toilets are wall-hung.

The bedrooms and hallways will feature built-in wardrobes made of lacquered white wood and white-lacquered doors, with the exception of glass doors with a matte finish, at the owner's request. The kitchens will be tiled with ceramic tiles similar to those used in the bathrooms and finished with a double coat of white plastic paint. They will be furnished with modern cabinetry and LED lighting. The worktops and front panels will be made of Dekton. The kitchen will feature the following appliances: an induction hob, a pyrolytic oven, a microwave, a hood, and a stainless steel sink with a single-lever faucet.

Heating is provided by an underfloor heating system, which will have increased density in areas of heat loss. Each apartment will have a programmable thermostat in the living room. All apartments will be pre-programmed for future air conditioning installation. ❄️
