A residential apartment building located on Antic Camí Ral Street in the newly developed area of Andorra la Vella, opposite the Andorra la Vella Community Stadium and the Riu Valira Street, near the new bus station. The building has a single entrance from Antic Camí Ral Street. The neighborhood offers access to educational, cultural, sports, and social institutions, as well as retail and service facilities, surrounded by high-rise and administrative buildings.

The building's design emphasizes high energy efficiency, respect for the environment, and indoor climate comfort. The façades, roof, and interior spaces are designed for maximum insulation to reduce energy consumption. All windows will be triple-glazed with an air gap to provide sound insulation from the outside and thermal insulation.

Electric aluminum blinds with thermal insulation will be installed in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. A notable advantage is the Feda district heating system, which distributes hot water directly to the building. The flooring will be Eureka AC6 laminate, 12 mm thick, with white lacquered skirting boards.

Modern cabinetry with upper and lower units, LED strip lighting for the work area, and Dekton surfaces will be installed. The kitchen includes an induction hob, a pyrolytic oven, a microwave, a range hood, and a stainless steel sink with a single-handle faucet. Underfloor heating is planned, with a programmable thermostat in the living room. Air conditioning can be installed later.
