This multi-family residential building, integrated into a single structure, is located on Carrer Antic Camí Ral in the new development zone of Andorra la Vella, opposite the Andorra la Vella Community Stadium and the Riu Valira Road, near the new bus station. The building has a single entrance from Carrer Antic Camí Ral. The area where the building is located offers educational institutions, cultural, sports, and commercial facilities, as well as social and administrative services within the urban environment.

The building's construction will be focused on achieving high energy efficiency, with attention to environmental protection, quality, and indoor climate comfort. To reduce energy consumption, façade, roof, and interior designs have been developed with maximum insulation. To protect against street noise, triple-glazed windows with an air gap will be installed, further enhancing thermal insulation.

Motorized aluminum roller shutters with thermal insulation will be installed in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. Importantly, a Feda district heating system will be used, distributing hot water directly to the house. The floors will be Eureka AC6 laminate flooring with a thickness of 12 mm, and the baseboards will be white lacquered. The bathroom walls and floors will be finished with Keraben porcelain stoneware. Water- and energy-saving faucets will be installed, and the sanitary ware will be Laufen Pro models. All bathrooms will have Syan shower trays.

The bedrooms and hallways will feature built-in wardrobes made of white lacquered wood. All doors, both single-leaf and sliding, will also be white lacquered, except for glass, which will be translucent upon request. The kitchens will be tiled with porcelain stoneware similar to the bathrooms, and the remaining walls will be painted with a double coat of white plastic paint. Contemporary cabinetry with upper and lower cabinets will be provided, with the upper cabinets equipped with LED lighting for the work area. The countertop will be made of Dekton.

Kitchens will include an induction hob, a pyrolytic oven, a microwave, a range hood, and a stainless steel sink with faucets. Each home will have underfloor heating controlled by a thermostat in the living room. Pre-installation for air conditioning is provided. ❄️
