This multi-family residential building is located on Antic Camí Ral Street in a newly developed area of Andorra la Vella, opposite the Comunal Stadium and the Riu Valira Shopping Mall, and close to the new bus station. The building has a single entrance from Antic Camí Ral Street. The neighborhood offers educational, cultural, sports, social, and commercial facilities, in an urban setting with administrative and multi-family buildings.

The residential building is being constructed with the goal of achieving high energy efficiency, with particular attention to the environment, quality, and indoor climate comfort. To reduce energy consumption, highly insulated façades, roofs, and interiors were designed.

To provide soundproofing from street noise, the windows will be equipped with triple-glazed units with an air chamber, also improving thermal insulation. Motorized aluminum blinds with thermal insulation will be installed in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen.

Particularly noteworthy is the use of a new "district heating" system, proposed by Feda, which delivers high-temperature hot water directly to the building. The floors will be covered with 12 mm thick Eureka AC6 laminate flooring, with white lacquered skirting boards. The walls and floors of the bathrooms will be covered with Keraben porcelain tiles.

The plumbing fixtures are Laufen Pro model (item 820965), featuring a single-lever faucet that saves water and energy. All bathrooms are lit with Syan shower trays, available in a choice of sizes and colors to suit the bathroom.

The bedrooms and hallways will be equipped with built-in wardrobes made of white lacquered wood. All doors, both hinged and sliding, will also be lacquered white, and the glass doors will have a translucent finish, at the owner's request.

The kitchens will be tiled to the same specifications as the bathrooms, with the remaining walls coated in a double coat of white plastic paint. The kitchens will be delivered with modern cabinetry, upper cabinets with LED worktop lighting, and Dekton worktops and countertops.

Heating in each apartment will be provided by an underfloor heating system throughout the building. The underfloor heating will be denser in areas with expected heat loss.
