This apartment building is located on Antic Camí Ral Street, in the new development of Andorra la Vella, opposite the Comunal Stadium and Riu Valira Street, near the new bus station. The building has its only access from Antic Camí Ral Street. The area offers educational, cultural, sports, social, commercial, and service facilities in an urban setting dominated by apartment buildings and administrative offices.

The building will be constructed with high energy efficiency in mind, focusing on environmental protection, quality, and climate comfort. To reduce energy consumption, the façade, roof, and interiors have been designed with maximum insulation. To ensure soundproofing from street noise, all windows will be equipped with triple-glazed units with an air gap, which will also improve thermal insulation. Motorized aluminum blinds with thermal insulation will be installed in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen.

A special feature is the use of a new "district heating" system, provided by Feda in the Andorra la Vella district. This system delivers high-temperature hot water directly to the building entrance. The floors will be laminated using 12mm thick AC6 material from Eureka, with white lacquer on the skirting boards. The walls and floors of the bathrooms will be tiled with Keraben porcelain stoneware.

Water- and energy-saving faucets will be installed, as well as Laufen Pro wall-hung sanitaryware (ref. 820965). All bathrooms will be equipped with Syan shower trays, the size and color of which will vary by room. Bedrooms and hallways will feature built-in wardrobes made of lacquered white wood. All doors, including sliding ones, will be white, with the exception of glass doors, which can be frosted upon request.

The kitchen will feature porcelain stoneware floors, similar in quality to the bathrooms, and the walls will be finished with a double coat of white plastic paint. The kitchens will be furnished with modern high and low units with LED backlighting for convenient illumination of the work area. The fronts and countertops will be finished in Dekton, and the kitchen will also feature an induction hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave, hood, and a stainless steel sink with a single-handle faucet.

The heating system is implemented through underfloor heating in all rooms, with high-density areas prone to heat loss. Each home will have a programmable thermostat in the living room. All units will be pre-installed for future rooftop air conditioning.
