The apartment building is located on Antic Camí Ral Street, in the new Andorra la Vella development, opposite the Andorra la Vella Community Stadium and adjacent to Camí Riu Valira, near the new bus station. The building has one entrance from Antic Camí Ral Street. The building's construction will be focused on achieving high energy efficiency while simultaneously ensuring environmental protection, quality, and comfortable living conditions. To reduce energy consumption, the façades, roof, and interior elements were designed with maximum thermal insulation. To ensure sound insulation from street noise, all windows will be triple-glazed with an air chamber, which also improves thermal insulation.

Motorized aluminum blinds with thermal insulation are installed in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen to control light and heat. A special feature is the Feda district heating system, which delivers high-temperature hot water directly to the building. The floors will be Eureka AC6 laminate, 12 mm thick, with white lacquered skirting boards.

Single-lever faucets with a water- and energy-saving system will be installed, and the sanitary ware will be Laufen's "Pro" model, wall-hung. The bedrooms and hallways feature built-in wardrobes made of white lacquered wood. All doors, both hinged and sliding, will also be lacquered white, except for the glass, which can be translucent upon request. The kitchens are tiled with the same ceramic tiles as the bathrooms, and the walls are painted white. The modern cabinetry features overhead LED lighting for the work area, and the countertops are made of Dekton. The kitchen equipment includes an induction hob, a pyrolytic oven, a microwave, a range hood, and a stainless steel sink with a single-lever mixer tap.

The heating system includes underfloor heating. Heating density will be higher in colder areas. Each apartment has a thermostat in the living room. Air conditioning is available.
