This apartment building is located on Antic Camí Ral Street, in a newly developed area of Andorra la Vella, opposite the Comunal Stadium and Riu Valira Street, next to the new bus station. The building has a single entrance from Antic Camí Ral Street. The area offers educational, cultural, sports, social, commercial, and service facilities in an urban setting with numerous residential and administrative buildings.

The building will be constructed with energy efficiency and environmental considerations in mind, as well as the quality and comfort of indoor living. To reduce energy consumption, the façades, roof, and interiors were designed with maximum insulation. To provide sound insulation from street noise, the windows feature triple-glazed units with an air gap, which also improves thermal insulation. Motorized aluminum blinds with thermal insulation will be installed in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen.

A distinctive feature is the implementation of a district heating system provided by Feda, which distributes high-temperature hot water directly to the building. All doors, both hinged and sliding, will also be lacquered white, except for glass doors, which can be matte-finished at the owner's request. The kitchens will feature porcelain tiles similar to those in the bathrooms, and the remaining walls will be coated with a double coat of white plastic paint. The kitchens will be furnished in a contemporary style with both upper and lower cabinets. The upper cabinets will feature LED lighting to enhance illumination of the work area. The fronts and counters will be made of Dekton. Standard equipment includes an induction hob, a pyrolytic oven, a microwave, a range hood, and a stainless steel sink with a single-handle faucet.

Each apartment will have underfloor heating with increased density in areas prone to heat loss. A thermostat with a programmable thermostat will be installed in the living room. Provision is made for future rooftop air conditioning.
