The area of more than 1,550 square feet includes a spacious living/dining room, a modern, conveniently located kitchen, a guest toilet, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom, a second bathroom, and plenty of storage space.

Chelsea Harbour is located on the grounds formerly belonging to the 28-acre estate of Sandford Manor House. In the early 19th century, the estate fell into decline and was acquired by a gas company. Part of the site was used as a Victorian-era coal wharf on the River Thames. Later, it became a coal depot for the predecessors of British Rail.

Chelsea Harbour was designed by architects Moxley Jenner & Partners with developer Mansford, and project consultants were Bovis Homes Group in 1986. It was the largest single construction project in the UK for decades.
