The apartment is laid out horizontally with a focus on open space centered around a living area with south-facing windows and ceiling heights of 10 feet. The kitchen is integrated into the main space, equipped with Gaggenau and Miele appliances, Carrara marble countertops, and hidden cabinets with sliding doors.
